Distinctive yet Complementary, Empowered Uniquely

"Power in the hands of independent humans, be they men or women, does corrupt...We want male and female to be counterparts, face-to-face equals, each unique and different, distinctive in gender but complementary, and each empowered uniquely by Sarayu from whom all true power and authority originates. Hi Jen
Still not feeling 100% but I'll be okay. I have a question about Sarayu....first how do you pronounce that? and second...is she the representative of the holy spirit? That was the idea I got from reading. I really liked and related to the free thinking image that Sarayu had in the book. Where the wind and environment etc. were so amazing to her. Does that make sense?

Yes I do believe Sarayu is the Holy Spirit.
